Melanie Roberts

Melanie Roberts is a seasoned claims professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as a Sr. Claims Specialist at Tokio Marine America since August 2023, Melanie has previously held the position of Workers' Compensation Unit Manager and Field Claims Specialist at Amerisure Insurance from May 2014 to August 2023. Prior to this, Melanie worked as a Workers Compensation Examiner at Chubb from August 1998 to April 2014. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, which was attained from 1989 to 1994.
