Denise D'Avella

Denise D'Avella is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in Equity Capital Markets at TD Securities, where Denise has held positions from Analyst to Managing Director since joining in August 2007. As Managing Director, Denise currently oversees the syndication and execution of various equity-related new issues, including IPOs and private placements. Previously, Denise contributed to the origination function in ECM as an Associate and progressed through roles including Director and Vice President, demonstrating a strong track record in syndicate management. Denise holds a HBA degree from Ivey Business School at Western University and is an alumna of Strathcona Tweedsmuir School.
