Joni Wallace

Joni Wallace is an experienced professional in customer operations and support management, currently holding simultaneous roles at Shyft Global Services and Tech Data since July 2021. Previously, Joni served as a Material Planner at Flash Global from March 2017 to July 2021 and as a Business Analyst at DecisionOne from November 2015 to March 2017. Joni's career began at Abbott Nutrition, spanning nearly a decade, where responsibilities included managing operations, improving efficiency, and preparing MIS reports. Additional roles included Team Leader in Reverse Logistics and Team Leader in Customer Service, where Joni focused on cost savings, resource optimization, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Joni holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminology from Ohio State University, along with education from Columbus State Community College.
