Taylor Rosenstein has over eight years of work experience in customer service and operations. From 2014 to 2017, Taylor worked at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where they held three different roles, including Management Admin, Food and Beverage Supervisor, and Pool Service Busser. During this same time, Taylor was also employed at the Clark County Department of Family Services as a Child Developmental Assistant. In 2016, Taylor volunteered at HelpX, where they maintained customer relationships and organized hostel websites and reservation systems. From 2017 to 2019, Taylor held roles at HiOperator, Liberty's Kitchen, Steward, and Moved. In 2012, they attended College of Southern Nevada, but did not obtain a degree. In 2011, they also attended University of Oregon, but did not obtain a degree. In 2021, they obtained a Google IT Support Specialization certification from Coursera.
