Ms. Johnsen is a global business leader proficient in setting strategy while creating and driving global execution models to deliver results. She has more than 30 years of experience in business line and product line strategy development across multiple industries, with specific experience driving digital transformation programs of change. As Corporate Vice President of Microsoft’s $6B services business, leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, and CEO/COO roles digital start-ups, she has successfully executed strategic mergers and acquisitions, driven double digit organic growth, and led division turnarounds. In addition to Tech Data, Ms. Johnsen also serves on the board of directors at Access Corporation, and the Advisory board for the University of California, Berkeley College of Engineering. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from UC Berkeley and her Masters in Management from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
