Shabana Upanal

Shabana Upanal is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global learning and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Director Global Learning at TD SYNNEX since January 2012, Shabana oversees a wide range of organizational learning activities. Prior roles include Director of Global Talent & Organizational Development for Asia Pacific and Japan, Director of Human Resource India & APJ High Growth Technologies, and Director of Human Resources for Tech Data Australia & NZ. Earlier career highlights include consulting on HR projects at L & T General Insurance Co. Ltd., serving as AVP Human Capital at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., and holding managerial positions at Hindustan Construction Company and Hiranandani Group. Shabana holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Mumbai and an MSc in Applied Psychology from Annamalai University.
