Ekene Meniru

Ekene Meniru, PSM, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach at TD Africa since October 2015, where expertise in Agile practices, Scrum, and Kanban fosters a collaborative team environment and facilitates agile ceremonies. Previously, Ekene held the role of Agile Delivery Lead for Data & Analytics, collaborating with executive leadership to establish a business intelligence roadmap and managing a team of engineers to enhance analytics solutions, resulting in significant time savings in reporting efforts. Prior experience includes a role as IT Business Analyst at NetModel Technologies, where the implementation of an Electronic Medical Record system led to a 53% year-over-year revenue increase. Ekene holds an MBA from Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Lagos State University.
