Britt Kastbjerg Jensen

Britt Kastbjerg Jensen holds a Master of Arts degree in Business Studies and Communication from Roskilde University, completed in 2005, and an HHX from Lyngby Uddannelsescenter, obtained in 1998. Currently serving as VP and Head of Customer Experience at TDC Erhverv since February 2022, Britt previously held multiple roles at 3 Danmark from September 2011 to February 2022, including Sr. Customer Experience Manager for 3Business and Sr. Programme Manager for Customer Experience within 3Consumer. Prior experience includes project management positions at Institut for Business to Government, Reklamebureauet Os, and Bergsøe 4, as well as an assistant role at Young & Rubicam.
