Joshua Jeg Garcing

Joshua Jeg Garcing currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Officer at TDCX, overseeing external endorsements and offsite activations in Cebu since August 2025. Prior to this, Garcing worked at Alorica from August 2022 to August 2025, where responsibilities included sourcing candidates for North American positions, screening, interviewing, generating leads, and managing data in collaboration with onshore partners. Earlier experience at Conduent spanned from July 2019 to August 2022 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on volume and professional hiring, job postings, and coordinating with employment agencies, in addition to an internship with the company in 2018. Garcing holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cebu Normal University, completed in 2019.
