Sophie Chelmick

Sophie Chelmick is currently the Executive Vice President EMEA at TDCX, an award-winning digital economy enabler and boutique outsourced business service provider. Prior to this, Sophie worked as the Country Director Spain at TDCX and as the International Business Unit Director & Member of Leadership Board at CPM International. With a background in client service and sales management, Sophie has extensive experience in the customer experience industry. Sophie holds a Post Grad Certificate in Computer Science from the University of Aberdeen and a degree in Social Science from the University of East London. Currently, Sophie is pursuing further education at INSEAD.
