Jaime Silvester

Jaime Silvester is an experienced executive in the retail sector, currently serving as EVP Retail - EMEA and Head of Retail (UK) at Circana since March 2023. Previously, Jaime held various leadership roles at IRI, including Head of Retail and Head of Loyalty & Gateway Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing IRI’s Retailer Collaboration solutions and leading a team focused on supplier engagement and business planning. From January 2001 to January 2017, Jaime worked at Nielsen, advancing through positions such as Commercial Director, Business Development Director, and Client Service Manager, with broad oversight of the UK FMCG business and significant strategic responsibilities. Earlier experience includes a role as Marketing Analyst at Zeta Controls Ltd from September 1998 to December 2001. Education was completed at Bicester Community College from 1990 to 1995.
