Arnaud Lucaussy

Secretary General at TDF S.A.S.

Arnaud Lucaussy was appointed Secretary-General in July 2016 after having held the position of Director of Regulation and Public Affairs at TDF since 2010.

From 2002 to 2006, he was a technical advisor in the offices of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industry, and of the Minister Delegate for Industry, where he was responsible for information technology and communication, La Poste, innovation, and research. From 2006 to 2010, he held the position of Director of Regulation and Economic Studies at SFR.

Arnaud Lucaussy began his career at La Poste in 1989 where he held several positions in technological and regulatory fields for eleven years. He then took over the Presidency, in 2001, of CPP, a multimedia subsidiary of the CPP communication group.

Arnaud Lucaussy graduated from Ecole Polytechnique and Télécom Paris.

Arnaud Lucaussy is also President of the association of European terrestrial broadcasting operators, Broadcast Networks Europe.
