Nestor Candelo is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the field of electrical and electronics engineering. Currently serving as the Vice President of Engineering at Astrodyne TDI since January 2014, Nestor has held various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Engineering and Director of Electrical Engineering. Nestor's career began in March 2001 at TDI, where responsibilities included reviewing customer specifications for custom switched-mode power supplies (SMPS) and actively engaging in the quoting process to ensure project feasibility. Nestor also has a background in academia, having served as a College Instructor at Universidad del Valle from January 1995 to June 1999, where course materials focused on operational amplifier applications and microprocessor architectures. Nestor holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad del Valle, obtained in 2000.
