Gail Rissler

Gail Rissler is an experienced executive business leader and certified master strategic planner. Gail has held various executive roles since 1995, beginning with Chief Strategy Officer and EVP at McDonald Bradley, Inc. During their 10+ year tenure, they directed multiple business units overseeing 300+ staff and achieved significant business growth, from $6M to $65M. In 2007, the company was sold to ManTech International for $80M.

In 2008, Rissler founded Rissler Consulting, LLC, leveraging their expertise to design, facilitate, and teach strategic planning and implementation across a diverse client portfolio.

In 2015, Rissler became Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Suntiva LLC, directing strategy, driving BD process implementation and account planning, and leading operations and growth for the Civilian, Healthcare, Defense, and Intelligence Community Business Units.

In 2018, they moved to BRMi as Senior Vice President, leading BRMi Technology (BRMiT) and directing strategy to improve profitability, operations, and new and organic revenue growth while managing $12.5M in revenue and 50 people.

In 2019, Rissler joined MetroStar Systems as Senior Vice President of Operations and Growth, directing strategy development, new and organic revenue growth, operations, and recruiting and staffing encompassing highly cleared programs.

Currently, Rissler is COO at TDI (Tetrad Digital Integrity), driving growth, development, management, and the daily operations of TDI. Gail leads and oversees strategy development and execution, corporate growth, core competency development, customer relations, business operations, people operations, and support M&A.

Gail Rissler obtained their B.S.P.A. in Public Finance and Administration from Indiana University Bloomington in 1981. Gail then went on to earn their M.P.A. in Public Finance and Administration from the same university in 1983. Additionally, they hold a Strategic Management Professional certification from the Association for Strategic Planning.
