Jonas Reed

Jonas Reed currently serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Management Board Member at Pfleiderer Group, overseeing operations including customer service, production, and supply chain management while driving the Value Creation Plan and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this role, Jonas was a leader in Bain & Company's EMEA Utilities & Infrastructure Practice from January 2019 to December 2022, contributing to enduring results for business leaders. Additionally, Jonas held non-executive positions as Chairman of the UK Water Retail Council and Director at RWD Ltd, alongside serving as Director of Strategy & Regulation at Water Plus Business, the UK’s largest water retailer. Educational qualifications include BSc. and MSc. degrees in Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Non Executive Director Certification from The Financial Times.
