Paul Innella

Paul Innella has held a variety of roles in different companies since 2001. Paul began their career as the CEO of Tetrad Digital Integrity (TDI). In 2022, they became a Non Executive Director at HACE: Data Changing Child Labour, where they provided data-driven insights to companies to address the root causes of child labour in their supply chains. Paul also became an Investor & Advisor U.S. Markets at Decipher Cyber - Jenny. In 2019, they became an Investor & Board Investor Manager at Stellina Pizzeria. In 2017, they became an Executive Producer at Sleeping in Plastic. In 2015, they became an Investor & Advisory Board Member at Don Ciccio & Figli. Finally, in 2010, they became the Principal and Owner of Get It, LLC.

Paul Innella has a diverse educational background. Paul completed a BS in Computer Science from James Madison University in 1995. Paul also completed an Advanced Leadership Programme at the University of Cambridge Judge Business School in 2016. In 2016, they attended the University of Edinburgh Business School and obtained a Financial Aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions certification. Also in 2016, they attended the University College Dublin Michael Smurfit School of Business and obtained a Negotiation Strategies Seminar certification. In 2008, they attended the IMD International Seminar for Top Executives Program. Additionally, they have certifications from ISC2, ISACA, and The Johns Hopkins University in Computer Science.
