Shaun Swartz, MBA, CCEP, ITIL 4 has over 24 years of professional experience in business development, growth, capture, program management, and operations.

In 2022, they began working as the Director of Business Development, Defense for TDI (Tetrad Digital Integrity). Prior to this, they were the VP of Growth, DoD and National Security for RIVA Solutions, Inc. from 2021.

From 2019 to 2021, they held the role of Capture Director, Defense IT & Federal Solutions for SOS International LLC, where they were responsible for ensuring the capture team promoted the sales position developed by the Business Development Executive (BDE) throughout the capture process, overcame obstacles that threatened the opportunity, and developed a capture plan that effectively transitioned the opportunity to the Proposal Manager for final response.

From 2018 to 2019, they were the Vice President, Federal Civilian for Emagine IT, Inc., where they were responsible for executing BD lifecycle (identification to capture/proposal), and development & execution of the Federal Civilian Market (DHS, USDA, Treasury, Commerce, DOS, DOJ) corporate growth strategy.

From 2017 to 2018, they were the Account Executive, Air Force Programs for AMERICAN SYSTEMS, where they were responsible for managing an $800M+ pipeline by identifying & qualifying Enterprise IT, Acquisition & Lifecycle support, Engineering & Analysis, Training and Test & Evaluation business opportunities over $20M within the USAF account, and developing relationships with key decision makers.

From 2015 to 2017, they were the Services Director for Four Inc., where they were a member of the Executive Management Team and provided client-facing program management.

From 2012 to 2015, they were the Program Manager for E3 Federal Solutions, LLC, where they led & managed a contractor team in providing a full range of consulting and general administrative support to assist a General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) client in the development and deployment of an organization structure.

From 2011 to 2012, they held two roles: Acquisition Program Manager and Aircraft Maintenance Operations Manager for the US Air Force Reserve, and Principal Acquisition Specialist - Aerial Air Surviellance Systems Division for Quantech Services, Inc.

Shaun Swartz began their career in 1997 as an Air Force Officer (Active Duty) for the United States Air Force, where they deployed as a Transition Operations Officer (2010), Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) in Northern Afghanistan.

Shaun Swartz holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, where they studied Information Systems and Business Analytics between 2014 and 2016. Shaun also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the United States Air Force Academy, where they studied Management Sciences (Engineering Core) between 2000 and 2004. In 2008, they earned a Master of Science in Leadership & Business Ethics from Duquesne University. Swartz has several certifications, including ITIL 4 Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice (2021), Business Analyst Training from UiPath (2019), MBDi Certified Customer Engagement Professional (CCEP) from MBDi (2019), RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Awareness Training and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Implementation Methodology Training from UiPath (2019), APDP (DAWIA) Program Management Level I (Level II Eligible) from Defense Acquisition University (2009), and AWS Business Professional Accreditation from Amazon Web Services.
