Sheri Tillman

A servant leader blessed with experience and foresight, Sheri Tillman joined TD’s legal team in 2013 as corporate counsel. Today, she oversees all legal matters as TD’s general counsel. She advises all business unit managers, oversees all functions of TD’s legal/contracts department, and helps identify and mitigate risk. Sheri has extensive experience in the construction industry. Before joining TD, she worked with construction loans and provided in-house counsel for a national modular building manufacturer. Today, she is an executive member of the American Subcontractors Association’s North Texas board, as well as multiple community service affiliations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
