Manal Thomas

Manal Thomas is currently the Head of People & Culture at TDM Growth Partners, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, they were the Group Manager Organisational Effectiveness at Coates Hire from July 2020 to November 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Culture and Capability at AMP from June 2018 to July 2020.

From 2013 to 2018, Ms. Thomas was the Director of Organisational Development at Transport for NSW, responsible for leading the organisational development business partners, diversity and inclusion, and entry-level talent agendas across Transport for NSW. This included a workforce of 26,000 made up of five operating agencies.

Ms. Thomas has also held positions as the Global Programme Director of HR for Consumer Banking at Standard Chartered Bank from 2010 to 2013, Lead Change Management Consultant at APA Group from 2009 to 2010, and Change Manager at Westpac from 2007 to 2009.

Ms. Thomas has extensive experience in leadership, change management, and learning programs. Manal is known for their ability to develop and deliver culture change within organisations, creating an accountable and values-driven workforce.

Their manager is Hamish Corlett, Partner. They are on a team with Anna Ruut - Investment Team, Caryn Joffe - Team Member, Operations, and Jess Bell-Allen - Investment Team.
