Kinga Peers

Kinga joined TDR Capital in September 2022 as the Chief People Officer (CPO). Prior to joining TDR, she spent four years as a Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Kinga started her HR career at UBS in New York. After relocating to London, she joined Vodafone where she held a number of HR roles at both Group and country levels.

She graduated from Jagiellonian University in Krakow with a Bachelors Degree in English and holds a Masters Degree in Comparative and International Education from Oxford University.
