Lucy Cliffe

Lucy Cliffe is a dedicated professional with a strong background in people performance and business success, currently serving as a Personal Assistant to the Chief People Officer at TDR Capital since January 2024. Previously, Lucy held the role of Executive Assistant at The Instant Group from June 2022 to January 2024 and Project Manager for Global Consulting at SRI from October 2015 to June 2022. In the latter position, Lucy focused on managing People and Talent Consulting services while collaborating with clients to develop innovative talent solutions. Additional experience includes roles as a People Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at SRI, Executive Assistant at AESC, Project Administrator at Fisher German LLP, and Flash Quote Reporter during the London 2012 Olympics. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Development with Coaching from Sheffield Hallam University and a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.
