Xenia Dethlefs

Xenia Dethlefs has a strong background in investment banking and private equity. Xenia currently holds a position as an Investment Director at TDR Capital, a role they started in January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Apax Partners as an Investment Professional from May 2018 to December 2020. Xenia'sprevious experience includes roles at Morgan Stanley, where they served as an Investment Banking Associate in London from August 2014 to May 2018, and as an Investment Banking Analyst in Tokyo from September 2016 to August 2017.

Xenia Dethlefs completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics from UCL, in the years 2010 to 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Cambridge, from 2013 to 2014.
