Christopher Callihan is an experienced telecommunications professional with a strong background in voice services and network engineering. Currently serving as a Network Specialist 1 at TDS® since December 2021, Christopher specializes in Metaswitch technologies and provides the highest level of support for voice services. Previously, as a Telephone Ops Engineer II at Spectrum, Christopher implemented a national PCRF/PCMM policy server platform, ensuring quality service and high-speed connections. With prior roles at ALLO Communications, Level 3 Communications, Nex-Tech, tw telecom, QWEST COMMUNICATIONS, and Nortel Networks, Christopher has developed extensive expertise in troubleshooting voice systems and managing network infrastructure. Christopher holds an Associate's degree in Communications Technology from Northwest Kansas Technical College.
