Melissa Brunskill

Melissa Brunskill, CCP has over 20 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration. Melissa is currently working at TDS® as a Lead Compensation Analyst since August 2018. Prior to this, they worked at TDS Telecom as an Associate Manager of Compensation from October 2014 to August 2018. Before that, they were a Compensation Analyst at Children's Hospital Colorado from July 2013 to October 2014. Melissa also has experience as a Sr. Compensation & Benefits Analyst at THQ from January 2011 to January 2013. Melissa began their career as a Compensation and Benefits Administrator at Springs Window Fashions from May 2000 to May 2005. In these roles, they have gained expertise in designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs, as well as advising management on appropriate compensation practices.

Melissa Brunskill, CCP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Additionally, they are certified as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) by WorldatWork.
