Shana Longley

Shana Longley, PHR, has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at TDS® since November 2003. In this role, Shana collaborates with leadership to drive sustainable business transformation and enhance employee performance. Previous positions at TDS® include Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Consultant, Human Resources Representative, Human Resources Assistant, and Senior Administrative Coordinator, demonstrating a comprehensive skill set in employee development, performance management, and administrative coordination. Shana also held the role of Marketing Chair at the Wisconsin Association of Colleges & Employers and worked as a Sales Assistant at Epic Systems. Shana's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management from Cardinal Stritch University and an Associate Degree in Applied Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Madison Area Technical College.
