Daniel Braun is a highly experienced Staff Engineer and Program Manager with a strong background in product development and project management within the medical device field. At TE Connectivity since September 2014, Daniel has successfully led extensive product development efforts and managed significant budgets, including a $5 million initiative for an upper respiratory diagnostic cartridge that achieved rapid transition from design to manufacturing. Daniel's innovative approaches have resulted in the development of multiple COVID-19 detection products and have contributed to double-digit year-over-year sales growth for the company. Prior experience includes leading engineering projects at Drug Array, Inc. and SPAWAR. Daniel holds a Master of Advanced Study in Medical Device Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from UC San Diego.
