Kathleen Williams has extensive experience in university relations and recruitment, currently serving as the University Relations & Recruiting professional at TE Connectivity since September 2022. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked as the Associate Director of Graduate Professional Development at the Fox School of Business at Temple University and held various positions at General Dynamics Information Technology, Talent Attraction Solutions, Sutherland, and Cisco, where responsibilities included developing and executing global recruitment strategies, leading university branding initiatives, and managing talent pipelines from targeted institutions. Kathleen’s career began at SunGard Availability Services, where expertise in software sales support and deployment fostered strong customer relationships. Kathleen holds a BA in Organizational Management from Eastern University and completed coursework at Villanova University in 2018.
