Melinda Ajtay

Melinda Ajtay is a seasoned professional in digital strategy and product management, currently serving as the Director of Digital Strategy, Channel at TE Connectivity since December 2023. Prior to this role, Melinda was with Amazon from 2013 to 2023, where positions included Head of Product Management for UX Design and Analytics, leading a team of over 30 in developing automated time and pay software solutions, and Senior Manager of Product Management for Global Delivery Experience, enhancing customer experiences and overseeing a team of six. Earlier experience includes a Junior Engagement Manager role at McKinsey & Company, focusing on tech industries, and a product management internship at Microsoft. Melinda holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master's degree from the University of Liège.
