Sara Bolha

Sara Bolha is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing and operations. Currently serving as Director of Manufacturing Engineering and Director of Operations at TE Connectivity since May 2012, Sara leads expert teams in automotive manufacturing, ensuring the production of millions of high-end sensor and electronic components daily. As a Manufacturing Plant Manager, Sara oversaw an AS9100 certified facility specializing in potentiometer manufacturing for the Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial aircraft sectors. Additionally, as the Global Leader for Automation/Assembly, Sara promotes TE's automation strategy across regions to enhance business operations. Earlier roles included Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager, focusing on robotic automation design, and Advanced Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience in various production processes. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
