William Jeffrey is the CEO of a Research Institute focused on Science and Technology Policy and currently serves as a board member for MRIGlobal and TE Connectivity. They previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at SRI International and HRL Laboratories, LLC. Additionally, William was the Director at the National Institute of Standards and Technology from 2005 to 2008 and served as Senior Director at the Executive Office of the President from 2002 to 2005. They founded Airstream Venture Partners in 2021 and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. William earned a Doctor of Philosophy from Harvard University in 1988.
