Leanne Scott

Leanne Scott is currently serving as the Tumu Whakapāpātanga / Manager - Communications at Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu since October 2022. With a background in communications roles at various organizations including NZTA and ARC Centre of Excellence for the Dynamics of Language, Leanne has extensive experience in managing outreach and stakeholder communication. Prior to their current role, Leanne held positions as Manager of Communications Services and Senior Communications Advisor at Te Rūnanga o Ngāi Tahu. Leanne has also worked as a Senior Communications Advisor at Crop and Food Research and the Department of Conservation (DOC). Leanne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Canberra and a Diploma of Business from ENS International and IAP2 Australasia.
