Niccolo de Zambiasi is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in media and culinary industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Pasta e Basta Miami and Naked Media, Niccolo has held these positions since January 2023 and April 2019, respectively. Additionally, Niccolo has been the Chief Creative Officer at Te Vas A Morir since April 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Executive Assistant at Adoptive from March to September 2016. Niccolo holds an Associate’s Degree in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from Santa Barbara City College, earned between 2013 and 2015.
