Martin Kwan

Martin Kwan is an experienced Programme Manager currently leading the National Data Platform at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand. Previously, Martin held the position of Programme Manager at GNS Science and served as Lead for All of Government at Catalyst. Martin also worked as Country Lead at Software AG and was General Manager of Software at Datacom, demonstrating a strong background in program management and leadership within the technology and public sectors.
