Karen Bottaro

Karen Bottaro currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Development & Supply Chain at Tea Collection, a position held since December 2017, where responsibilities include evaluating and improving import processes to achieve cost savings. Prior to this, Karen worked at Peek Kids from February 2008 to September 2017 as the Head of Planning and Distribution, overseeing budgeting and sales strategies across multiple retail channels. Additionally, a significant tenure at Gap Inc. from July 1989 to May 2000 as Senior Director of Planning and Distribution for Old Navy and Gapkids involved leading teams in sales and inventory management to meet financial objectives. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with an emphasis in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and has furthered education at the Institute for American Universities in Aix-en-Provence, France.
