Haleema Sadia Parveen

Haleema Sadia Parveen is an aspiring educator with diverse experience in teaching and youth engagement. Currently a Teacher Trainee in Secondary Science at Teach First and a Youth Worker at Mahdlo Youth Zone, Haleema also serves as a Team Leader at Catch22 since January 2024. Previous roles include various positions at The Manchester Metropolitan University, such as Sports Coordinator and Events Organiser for the Islamic Society, as well as a Student Ambassador and Peer Guide. Haleema's early career features leadership as a Kids Camp Coordinator and Activity Instructor at PGL Travel. Educational qualifications include a PGCE with QTS in Secondary Education from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise Science from The Manchester Metropolitan University, complemented by A-Levels in Applied Science and Sociology from Oldham Sixth Form College.
