Laura Swiszczowski

Laura Swiszczowski is an experienced professional specializing in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as the Head of Programme Diversity & Inclusion at Teach First since February 2021. Previously, Laura held the position of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Manager at The London School of Economics and Political Science from October 2018 to February 2021 and worked as a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant at KPMG UK between April 2015 and October 2018. Laura's career also includes a role as Research Manager at Business in the Community, where responsibilities involved managing research projects on gender equality, and positions at Stonewall as an Account Manager and the UK Resource Center for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology as a Researcher. Laura holds a BA (Hons) in Sociology and Philosophy from the University of East Anglia and is dedicated to advancing equity and inclusion across various sectors.
