Anasstassia Baichorova

Anasstassia Baichorova currently serves as the Knowledge Lead for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Teach For All, where responsibilities include attracting, engaging, and retaining diverse talent within a global non-profit dedicated to educational equity. Anasstassia has held several leadership roles within Teach For All, including Interim Vice President of Talent and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, emphasizing the recruitment of a globally diverse candidate pool. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness as well as Talent Acquisition at Teach For America, and managing a team to recruit a diverse group of college graduates in New England. Anasstassia began a career in education as a 2nd grade teacher at a Teach for America school, after earning both a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and a Master of Public Administration in Development Economics and International Development from Cornell University.
