Bianca Brown McIntyre

Bianca Brown McIntyre is a seasoned leader in educational development and human resources with extensive experience in various roles at Teach For America since July 2013, currently serving as Senior Managing Director of People Experience. In this capacity, Bianca has established a strategic vision for leadership development and implemented robust staffing models across 53 regions, achieving a 96% retention rate for new hires. Previous roles include Chief of Staff, Managing Director of Leadership Learning, and Director of Program Operations, contributing to numerous organizational goals and the professional growth of educators. Additional experience includes consulting as a Virtual Chief of Staff at vChief and talent coordination at International Community School, where Bianca developed talent strategies and professional development programs. Bianca holds a Master’s of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Tennessee State University.
