Ericka Taylor

Ericka Taylor, M.Ed, M.A.T., is an experienced educator currently serving as a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Facilitator and Teacher at Teach For America since April 2023. With a background that includes roles as an Instructional Coach, Resident Advisor, and Lead Preschool Teacher at KIPP Texas Public Schools, Ericka has demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments and tailoring educational methods to meet diverse student needs. Previous positions include Exam Proctor at Compass Education Group, Administrative Assistant at Brentwood School, and various roles in admissions and public relations across several organizations. Ericka holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Master of Education in Education Policy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Tulane University.
