Teach For America
Heather Rodrigues, PMP, serves as the Senior Managing Director of Workplace Strategy & Design and Chief of Staff at Teach For America since December 2013. In this role, Heather focuses on people development, diversity, equity, and inclusion learning, team strategy, and workflow management, while also managing capital projects across various regions. Previous positions include Managing Director, Director, and Manager in Workplace Strategy & Design at Teach For America, as well as a 4th Grade Teacher at St. Louis Public Schools, where instruction encompassed multiple subjects and included the establishment of after-school programs. Additional experience includes roles at Sugar Paper, Discovery Channel, and Daily Bruin Marketing. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in History from UCLA and a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
