Merritt Peck

Merritt Peck, LMSW, currently serves as the Manager of Development at Teach For America, previously holding the position of Associate in Corporate and Foundation Relations. Prior experience includes working as a Social Worker and Social Work Intern at the Jewish Child Care Association of New York, where preventive work was conducted for families facing mental health and substance abuse challenges. Additionally, Merritt gained valuable experience as a Social Work Intern at KIPP SPARK Academy, managing a caseload of young students. Other roles include Operations Supervisor at HomeFront Camp Mercer, Summer Teaching Fellow at Uncommon Schools, and intern at Cradles to Crayons. Merritt holds a Master of Social Work degree from New York University and a Bachelor's degree from Boston College.
