Monique Ayotte-Hoeltzel

Monique Ayotte-Hoeltzel possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the education sector, currently serving as Advisor to the CEO & President/COO at Teach For America since January 2019. Prior to this, Monique held the position of Senior Partner at The Management Center, where efforts focused on educational equity and management coaching for non-profit executives from February 2012 to January 2019. Monique has also contributed significantly to Teach For America in various capacities, including Executive Vice President of Alumni Affairs and Vice President of Admissions, where strategic initiatives transformed the organization's selection model. Additionally, Monique was instrumental in the establishment of Teach For All's country support team. An educator at Lee Senior High School prior to entering administrative roles, Monique has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The George Washington University.
