Monique Ayotte-Hoeltzel possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within the education sector, currently serving as Advisor to the CEO & President/COO at Teach For America since January 2019. Prior to this, Monique held the position of Senior Partner at The Management Center, where efforts focused on educational equity and management coaching for non-profit executives from February 2012 to January 2019.
