Rohini Muralidharan

Rohini Muralidharan is an experienced educational leader with a significant background in strategy, operations, and people management, currently serving as the Managing Director of Strategy, People & Operations at Teach For America since October 2020. Rohini has successfully developed and implemented performance management processes for over 130 staff members and collaborated on DEI-focused learning programs. Previous roles include Director of People & Performance and Director of Innovation at Teach For America, where Rohini led recruitment enhancements and innovation projects to improve processes. With a strong foundation in teaching from positions at OneGoal, Democracy Prep Public Schools, and The Noble Network of Charter Schools, as well as an academic background including a Master's in Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor's from Brown University, Rohini is dedicated to fostering meaningful learning experiences and supporting diverse educational environments.
