Sheela Prasad

Sheela Prasad is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in program development and impact assessment. Currently serving as Vice President for New Products at Teach For America, Sheela has been instrumental in launching and scaling Ignite, a high-impact tutoring initiative. Previous roles at Teach For America include Vice President for Program Continuum, where Sheela achieved top-tier results in participant retention and engagement, as well as Vice President for Program Partner at Teach For India. Other experiences include positions at Sanford Heisler, LLP and Indicorps. Sheela holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Brown University.
