Victor Wakefield

Victor Wakefield, EdD, serves as Vice President of Special Projects at Teach For America, where major contributions include developing a multi-year strategic planning process for an organization with over 1,000 staff and managing a $70M regional fundraising portfolio. With a background that includes serving as Vice President of Advisory Support and Executive Director of Teach For America - Las Vegas, Wakefield has led significant organizational transformations and fundraising efforts. Additionally, as an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University, Wakefield teaches educational leadership and serves on dissertation committees.
