Zandra Bryant

Zandra Bryant, M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction, possesses extensive experience in educational leadership, primarily through a significant tenure at Teach For America since May 2016, where roles have included Managing Director, Director, and Manager in Leadership and Development. Responsibilities have involved analyzing data to address teacher retention, executing impactful professional development conferences, and coaching corps members to foster inclusive learning environments. Previous experience includes serving as Teacher Project Lead at Communities In Schools of Jacksonville, focusing on after-school programming and improving teaching practices, as well as an English Teacher at Duval County Public Schools, where Zandra received the 2018 Teacher of the Year award. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, Zandra also holds a Master’s degree from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education: English.
