Briannon McLoughlin

Briannon McLoughlin has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 2009, they participated as a Flexible Language Immersion Participant at The Australian Consortium for 'In-Country' Indonesian Studies. In 2010, they worked as a Secondary Humanities & English Teacher - Teach For Australia Associate at the Department of Education & Training in Victoria. Following that, they served as a Principal and Small Business Owner at RBG in 2012, and then joined KIPP Houston Public Schools as part of the School Leadership Team at KIPP Houston High School from 2013 to 2016. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Participant Development Manager at Teach First. Subsequently, in 2019, they became the Director of Community & Internal Communications at Teach For Australia. Their most recent position was as the Co-Founder & Director at Social Mobility and Law, where they worked until 2021.
