Briannon McLoughlin has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 2009, they participated as a Flexible Language Immersion Participant at The Australian Consortium for 'In-Country' Indonesian Studies. In 2010, they worked as a Secondary Humanities & English Teacher - Teach For Australia Associate at the Department of Education & Training in Victoria. Following that, they served as a Principal and Small Business Owner at RBG in 2012, and then joined KIPP Houston Public Schools as part of the School Leadership Team at KIPP Houston High School from 2013 to 2016.
