Aloma Rego

Aloma leads the Fellowship Selection team at Teach For India. She has been a part of the Selection team for 6 years and has led multiple roles on the team ensuring that we find the best candidates to carry Teach For India's vision and mission forward. She also has experience working at Make A Difference as the Director for Shelter Operations and IMRB International as a Research Manager. Aloma holds degrees in business administration, human rights, psychology, and corporate social responsibility. From her experiences, Aloma brings with her operational excellence, research skills, and a deep belief in the power of holistic education. Through her work of finding the next generation of leaders, she is a firm believer that we should all work towards being better than we were yesterday and also leave the world a better place than we found it.
