Tanya Arora

Tanya Arora is the Senior Director of People at Teach For India. Tanya has over ten years of experience working in the human resources field. Tanya began their career as a summer intern at HSBC in 2011 and later interned at YSC in 2010 and 2011. In 2012, they joined Teach For India as a Senior Consultant and was promoted to Senior Director in 2015.

Tanya Arora attended Franklin & Marshall College, where they earned a BA in Psychology. Tanya then studied abroad at the University of Oxford, also in Psychology. Finally, they attended Cathedral and John Connon School, where they earned ICSE and ISC degrees.

They work with Francis Vidhayathil - CFO, Nalika Braganza - Program Director, Training & Impact, and Rajshree Doshi - Director, TFIx. Tanya Arora reports to Shaheen Mistri, CEO & Founder.
