Paul Ratcliffe is The Knowles Family Director of Women’s Soccer. He has led the Stanford women’s soccer program for 15 seasons. During Coach Ratcliffe’s tenure, he has directed the team to two national championships, reach four NCAA finals, win seven Pac-12 titles, and participate in seven College Cups. His former player and senior captain, Andi Sullivan, was awarded the MAC Hermann Trophy as the best player in college soccer. In recognition of his leadership, Coach Ratcliffe has been named Pac-12 Coach of the Year a record eight times. He is also a three-time NSCAA National Coach of the Year.
